This role is instrumental in the next phase of growth for the Tech search specialist, based in Monument, City of London.
Working across the UK and USA, they are currently sat at 12 heads, and want this to double in the next 18 months - with the addition of experienced and management level consultants.
Alongside this, you will also take the lead on Social Media, website marketing and events planning - creative flair is a must!
Duties will include:
Using search techniques such as LinkedIn Boolean to attract and build relationships with passive and active candidates.
Carefully qualifying candidates against specific role requirements and company culture.
Managing your candidates' expectations, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout their experience.
Participating in face-to-face interviews, learning how to conduct competency, behavioural, and situational-based interview scenarios.
Support with internal hires for international expansion into the US.
Developing companies online, presence, with engaging content across their website and social media.
Support and welcome new starters, ensure they integrate into the business and make leadership aware of any further support that may be needed to help their integration or training.
Booking events and incentives for the team.
What they are looking for in a candidate:
2+ years' experience within a Recruitment role - either inhouse or agency
Headhunting expertise
Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter/job boards
Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Creative flair - proven experience increasing engagement
