This role sits at the heart of this client's development strategy. As a 240 Recruiter, you will play a pivotal part in building our expert offering in a specific skillset area, enabling us to fully service our clients’ needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition
• Mapping the market to identify trends and key skillsets.
• Building and maintaining up-to-date talent pools across relevant disciplines.
• Proactively engaging with top talent through headhunting, LinkedIn outreach, TLCs, phone calls, and registrations.
• Onboarding candidates to Major Players, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing support.
Candidate Experience
• Career Coaching: Providing guidance to candidates on CVs, portfolios, and interview preparation to ensure they present their best selves to clients.
• Candidate Retention: Keeping in touch with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat placements.
• Candidate Market Insights: Sharing relevant industry trends and salary benchmarks to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
• Supporting client onboarding with logistics (e.g., setting up calls, sending terms, ensuring compliance).
• Taking client briefs and ensuring clear understanding across the UK team.
• Sourcing, screening, and submitting high-quality shortlists.
• Managing the interview process, including candidate/client preparation and feedback.
• Facilitating offers and supporting onboarding processes.
• Utilising CRM and other tech tools to ensure a streamlined process.
Client Development:
• Client Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering solutions.
• Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to introduce other services, such as permanent recruitment, freelance placements, or project-based hiring solutions.
• Client Retention Strategy: Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and responding to feedback.
• Building your personal brand to gain trust and referrals within your niche.
