Role Overview:
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus exclusively on candidate management, from sourcing and screening to placing high-quality candidates in the right roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys building relationships with candidates and has a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for clients’ needs.
Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of candidates.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure candidate selection aligns with client requirements.
Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation and resilience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
