We are partnering with a prestigious boutique client that is actively seeking two highly experienced Principal-Level 360 Consultants with a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, Data, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud technologies. This exciting opportunity is open to professionals with a proven track record in these areas, ideally with experience in European, U.S., or Swiss markets.
As a Principal Consultant, you will take on a key role within a dynamic and fast-paced team, managing both business development and client relationship responsibilities. You will be joining warm desks with an established client base, but it’s essential that you are confident in driving new business development from day one, ensuring you contribute to the growth of the client’s portfolio.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a highly mature and autonomous environment, where you will have the freedom to manage your own desk and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a solid understanding of emerging technologies within the specified fields, and demonstrate a proactive approach to client engagement and solution delivery.
2 days in office, 3 days WFH!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage business development (BD) activities from day one, driving growth within AI, Machine Learning, Data, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud technology sectors.
Work on warm desks with existing clients while developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, Cloud, and related technologies, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally at a Principal Consultant level.
Strong background in AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud technologies.
Experience working in Europe, the U.S., or Switzerland is highly advantageous.
Confidence in business development and client engagement from day one.
Ability to work independently and manage your own desk within a mature, autonomous environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
