Key Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and manage a pipeline of top talent across Data, AI & Machine Learning, Product, Software, Cloud, and Cyber verticals.
Build and nurture client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
End-to-end recruitment process management, from candidate attraction to placing talent.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Represent the company’s values in every interaction, focusing on professionalism, excellence, and integrity.
