​We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, dynamic Education Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Borough, London. Founded just over four years ago by two passionate friends, this agency has quickly established itself as a leading player in the recruitment industry, boasting a top-performing team of over 20 people! The team’s success is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, and they’re looking to expand further with a proven360 Recruitment Consultantto help dominate the education sector.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a360 Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, working acrosssecondary, primary, special needs, private, and state schoolsin your designated boroughs in London. You will have the chance to work with both temporary (substitute) and permanent roles, providing real impact in the education sector.

The year is split into two main areas:

  • First 6 months: Focus on sourcing and placing temporary and substitute teachers.

  • Second 6 months: Transition to managing permanent placements, including qualified teachers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (Education recruitment experience is a plus but not essential).

  • Passion for recruitment and helping to match the right talent to the right roles.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Motivated and target-driven with a desire to excel in the education recruitment space.
