Kayman Recruitment is working with a UK-based client, looking to expand their NYC location, with US offices also in Charlotte and Austin. This client has been around since 2008 and looking for a director in NYC to help with their expansion.
They specialize in all things technology and are looking to grow out their client portfolio. New business sales is the key part to this role whereby you will be responsible for this along with your team in NYC which currently sits at 6 people. The delivery function of recruiters sits in their North Carolina office.
Salary for this role is up to $150,000 + generous commission on top. They work in office 2 days per week on a hybrid model and offer great benefits and incentives.
