Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic French-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your fluency in French will be essential in communicating with our diverse client base. The team is one of the highest-growing teams with a big focus across the BENELUX market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesโ skills and suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to placement.
Utilise recruitment software and databases effectively.
Requirements:
Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. C1 Level ideally
Proven experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A passion for helping people find their ideal job.
