Brand new client is adding to their team! A specialist in the Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto space is adding x2 Principal or Sr. Consultants to their team in Arizona. They are currently turning away reqs & clients because of their workload so you’ll be joining a VERY warm desk with the opportunity to make deals quickly. They are based out of San Francisco originally and are working with some of the hottest startups and established firms in the business.
What are they looking for? Agency recruiters with 2+ years of experience in one of their main verticals or a similar sector (for example: FinTech, Software Engineering). The two consultants in the Phoenix/Tempe area go into the office at the WeWork in Watermark 3 days a week.
Salary & Benefits:
Base $70k-$90k + 25% commission (no threshold & no draw)
Benefits + incentive trips + they go to as many conferences as possible to network
