This is an exclusive and brand new role available in a fantastic technology recruitment company in the FinTech space (Web3, Blockchain, Crypto). They are looking to onboard 2 senior recruiters with proven 360 exposure with a solid track record of success originating new business.
This role is FULLY REMOTE remote from Arizona, Austin, LA, San Francisco or Denver.
They have a π©ππ₯π¬ ππ’π§ πππ¦ππ¦ available from the get go, so although you will be expected to actively BD down the line, your focus will be on recruiting at first.
On Offer:
Up to $90,000 base
Flat 25% commission on each placement - uncapped/ no threshold
Fully Remote
