We are currently representing a leading tech agency with 35 years in the market with offices in Shoreditch, London. They are a well-established firm with a focus on the EU/Asia Contract market. Their focus is Technology/Life Sciences/Finance/Energy Renewables. This opportunity is for someone looking for the support and guidance of a bigger well-established company. With 40 people in the London office and 900 people worldwide, you know you're in safe hands when it comes to support. With over 20 years' worth of accounts, you will be working in a warm contract desk environment within the Tech/Software Development/Cyberspace. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the tech industry, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and assess top tech talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Full-Cycle360Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefings to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry, offering insights and advice to clients and candidates.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in tech 360 recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing candidates across various roles within the tech industry.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the tech landscape, including software development/DevOps/Cyber

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development, with the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

  • Driven & Ambitious: A self-starter with a passion for recruitment and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
