My client is looking for a strong full-desk recruiter. You would be responsible for generating sales and also delivering high quality profiles to your clients. They focus on executive search and recruitment. They have been around for almost 11 years and are UK-based with 200 employees globally and about 10 in their NYC location.
Ideally, they are looking for this person to have 2.5+ years' experience in the staffing industry and a great track record of success onboarding net new business, as well as delivering quality candidates. They focus on finance, legal and risk. Ideally having focus within one or all industries is ideal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships.
• Adapt to market trends
• Develop strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs.
• Possess a solutions-oriented mindset to define the best solution to deliver the expected outcome for the client and the business.
• Achieve performance objectives (KPI’s) relating to activity and individual margin targets.
• Track and complete the timely entry of all required sales activity and documentation into the ATS/CRM system while maintaining consistency and integrity of data.
HYBRID ROLE - Up to $85,000 per year + 40% commission
