I am working with a brand new client in downtown Austin that is looking for senior 360 technology recruiters to join the team. You would be helping grow out the office in Austin, as they are currently sitting at 2 and looking to triple in size by the end of this year. There are huge professional growth opportunities as they scale the business. They are looking for hungry, driven, ambitious individuals to join us on it.
Up to $90,000 per year and Hybrid working (4 days in office)
The role
•A full-desk recruitment position, specializing across Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or DevOps market.
•Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skills
•Compose well-written content for job advertisements
•Build brand awareness across the new region with social network activity
•Social Media branding
They are looking for:
•1+ year of staffing experience, ideally full-desk recruitment
•Successful proven experience as a 360 agency recruiter
•History of developing new business development
•Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
•Excellent communication skills
•Previous experience with sales and negotiations
•Hungry, driven, ambitious, resilient personality
