Proven track record of originating net new business
Digital Marketing or SaaS Sales recruitment exposure

β’Finding new clients: Outbound outreach to find new clients, build rapport, and secure them
β’Identifying client needs: Understanding the client's needs and handling negotiations
β’Sourcing candidates: Searching for and contacting potential candidates for open or future roles This can include cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing strategies like job board adsβ¦etc
β’Screening and interviewing candidates: Screening candidates, interviewing them, and running background checks
β’Matching candidates with clients: Matching candidates with the clients that best suit them
β’Ensuring client satisfaction: Overseeing the interview process and ensuring the client is satisfied with the outcome
