You will play an integral role in the companies growth plans and will have the license to take ownership and lead projects working closely with the Founder. This is an opportunity to voice your ideas and have strategic input on the business and its plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements, from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the tech sector, expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.

  • Client Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across the UK tech sector, understanding their permanent hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to identify, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent for permanent roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Market Insight: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the UK tech market, including emerging trends, salary benchmarks, and key skill sets, providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth within the tech recruitment space.
