Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements, from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the tech sector, expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
Client Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across the UK tech sector, understanding their permanent hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to identify, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent for permanent roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Market Insight: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the UK tech market, including emerging trends, salary benchmarks, and key skill sets, providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth within the tech recruitment space.
