Are you a Senior 360 consultant who is looking to move into a niche Technology recruitment firm? The founder of this client is looking for their “right hand person” who can help scale up the business and join their modern offices in the City of London. They specialise in, but not limited to, Cloud and Infrastructure - UK market and are looking for an experienced 360 consultant in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the tech industry, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and assess top tech talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Full-Cycle360Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefings to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry, offering insights and advice to clients and candidates.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of2 years’experience in tech recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing candidates across various roles within the tech industryand engaging in new business
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the tech landscape, including software development/cloud/infrastructure
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the abilityto build and maintain relationships with clients/candidates
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development, with the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Driven & Ambitious: A self-starter with a passion for recruitment and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What they can offer you?
Up to £60k base salary
Uncapped and up to 25% commission.
Hybrid Working - Friday feel on a Thursday with breakfast being delivery in the morning. WFH Friday.
